Understands the Print provided could be considered Biometric information (except for Prints of pets and a decedent), even though it is not used for identifying purposes. Understands they are free to decline to provide Prints or any information that could be considered biometric information, but that agreeing to provide such information is necessary for the product being ordered. Understands that they may revoke consent at any time by notifying the Company in writing, but acknowledge the Company’s collection, storage, use, and retention of such information is necessary in order for the Company to be able to fulfill the order and provide them the ability to use the information to design and/or order products.
