How to Capture and Submit Your Soundwave

To ensure the best engraving quality, follow these steps to capture and submit your soundwave:

1. Open your audio recording software (such as on your smartphone) and record a short message.
2. If recording a voicemail, use a second device with recording software to capture the sound.
3. Take a screenshot of the recorded soundwave. You may need to open the edit feature of the software to view the waveform.
4. Upload your screenshot into your order under Upload Image or select a Session ID if a funeral home has already uploaded it for you.

Note: For optimal visual results, limit the recording to 15 seconds. Double-check all engraving details before submitting your order, as soundwave pendants cannot be re-engraved or corrected after creation.

Additionally, Thumbies does not plate Soundwave keepsakes to maximize the contrast (darkening) of the soundwave. Regular polishing removes normal silver oxidation and keeps your keepsake shining brightly.
